Añejo tequila mule recipe

Ingredients

• 40-50ml añejo tequila

• 1 tbsp lime juice

• 1 tbsp agave syrup

• ginger beer

  to top up

• mint sprig and lime wheel

  to garnish

• step 1

  Half fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice. Add the tequila, lime juice and agave syrup, then gently stir. Add more ice to the glass and top up with the ginger beer. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
