30ml Sauza Hornitos Reposado tequila
50ml ginger syrup
12.5ml Cointreau
to garnish ginger salt or ground ginger or salt or or lime slice

Method

step 1

Rim a rocks glass with ginger salt. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over ice into the prepared glass, garnish with a slice of lime.
