500ml chilled ruby red grapefruit juice

200ml triple sec

750ml champagne, crémant or cava
chilled

rosemary sprigs

Pour the grapefruit juice, champagne and triple sec into a large jug, and gently stir to combine. Pour the mimosas into champagne flutes and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
