This cocktail is inspired by a brandy alexander, a delicious creamy pudding cocktail, but I’ve swapped the cream for Baileys and added Frangelico, a hazelnut liqueur, for luscious nutty flavour.
Next-level Baileys recipe
Ingredients

30ml Baileys or other Irish cream

30ml Frangelico
-
30ml brandy or cognac
-
chopped hazelnut praline or toasted hazelnuts
to garnish

Put everything except the garnish into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake really well and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Sprinkle over the toasted hazelnuts as a garnish.
