Ingredients

handful of raspberries
plus extra to garnish

25ml raspberry liqueur

50ml hibiscus syrup
-
25ml gin
-
prosecco
to top up

Put the raspberries, raspberry liqueur and hibiscus syrup in a large copa de balon or wine glass, and gently muddle together. Add ice to the glass, pour over the gin and gently stir. Top up with the prosecco and gently stir again. Garnish with more raspberries.
