Ingredients

50ml cream sherry
25ml amontillado sherry
pineapple soda

to top up (we used Dalston’s Real Sparkling Pineapple)
pineapple wedge and/or mint sprig

to garnish

Method

Pour the sherries into a highball glass filled with ice, then top up with the soda. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and/or mint.
