Yuzu and bergamot spritz recipe
Ingredients

50ml bergamot liqueur (we used Italicus)

15ml yuzu juice

prosecco
to top up
-
rosemary sprigs and lemon slices
to garnish

Put the bergamot liqueur and yuzu juice in a large wine glass filled with ice. Gently stir, then top up with the prosecco. Garnish with lemon slices and thyme sprigs.
